Ohio Beaders 2008 Retreat

July 6th, 2/3 of your accommodations (not class fees) is due by now. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date. If we cancel our reservations at the lodge and/or cabins less than 90 days before our stay, they will not refund any of our money, which is the reason for this date and no refund policy.

April 27th, 1/3 of your accommodations (not class fees) is due by now. Between April 27th and July 6th refunds are limited. The first $50 you paid will be retained and the balance you paid will be refunded. The refund is transferable to a new guest who is taking your place but is not transferable to any previously registered guest.

February 16th, you have until this date to cancel your reservation and get a full refund. Between February 16th and April 27th refunds are limited. The first $25 you paid will be retained and the balance you paid will be refunded. The refund is transferable to a new guest who is taking your place but is not transferable to any previously registered guest.
